John is the proud owner of "Cora" which was built by Lopez Island High School boat building class


 
This proud George was built by a son for his father.
Jody built the boat in San Francisco and shipped it to his father's home in Bradford County, PA.
Here is the proud father trying out his new "Mona Lisa" of a boat.
 



A purposeful staging of three George’s. Sitting in GEORGE is volunteer George Hess along with an eponymous faithful companion. The whole scene speaks to the spirit of The Boathouse at Mystic Seaport.
This is George, an eight week old Golden Retriever, on the occasion of his first visit to The Boathouse. Merrill recounts that he was quick to jump aboard and felt right at home in this stable vessel.
